FileSquare helps you to create interactive mockups and collect feedback on designs. Features are simple but it helps manage design projects a lot, and here are how we use it at Oursky:
Discuss project without interrupting others
We can leave message to communicate at any time, so that we don’t have to schedule a meeting or interrupt others’ work.
As shown above, I use annotation, so everyone understands which area I am referring to.
Keep an eye on updates of project
When I have more than one project ongoing at the same time, I rely on email notifications to keep me in the loop.

I can keep track of my projects everywhere, because I take email inbox everywhere with mobile phone or tablet. It’s the key of being involved.
Connects designers and developers
In our team, FileSquare is a place connecting designers and developers. Designers can leave notes about color, size of text and so on, so it’s easy for developers to code the designs.

Show a previous project as sample to clients
A sample is worth 1000 words. If you worked on a similar project before, you can show either the flow or style to your clients, and let them get your idea quickly.

All the projects are here in FileSquare and sorted by time. I can quickly find the project I am working on currently, and with the thumbnails and titles, it’s also easy to find a project I used to work on before.
Enliven your design and present it to clients
Besides graphic design, we do a lot of interactive designs for web or mobile app. For instance, you can check our demo project VegMap, a mobile app for finding vegan restaurants. We’ve linked up the pages, you may enter the full screen mode and play around with the prototype.
